The recognitions keep coming for our company President, Jason Young!

Jason was named one of Milwaukee BizTimes’ Notable Veteran Executives, an honor bestowed on just 11 Milwaukee-area business leaders. The accompany article notes how, in addition to operating Milwaukee metal fabrication and welding shop 3Up Metal Works, he “is a military veteran who works for veterans’ causes and supplier diversity.”

This recognition comes shortly after Jason received a Veterans in Business 2022 award from the Milwaukee Business Journal, and a Titan 100 award as a top Wisconsin business executive.

All the BizTimes award winners are “U.S. military veterans who are accomplished professionals in the Milwaukee area,” stated an introduction to individual profiles in the publication.

“The leaders profiled here were nominated by their peers at work and in the community and showcase the diversity of talent in our region,” the introduction continued. “BizTimes Media wishes to honor veterans for their service to our country and recognize the contributions they are making to their companies and their communities.”

The article quoted Bryan Regnier, President of VetBiz TV, who nominated Jason for the award: “Jason runs a relationship-oriented business that seeks to engage and partner with other veteran-owned operations. He educates customers on the value of working with veteran-operated vendors and suppliers and works with these companies to help them utilize the resources available to aid them.”
