3Up Metal Works traces its roots back to 1999 and was rebranded as 3Up Metal Works in 2020. In 2026, Sarkis and Sara Zenobian acquired the company, continuing its tradition as a veteran-owned custom metal fabrication business serving industrial, commercial, and construction customers throughout southeastern Wisconsin. From one-off parts and repairs to larger fabrication projects, 3Up is focused on delivering custom engineering solutions, quality workmanship, dependable turnaround, and for every customer. We offer both remote and onsite fabrication, with installation services. Our capabilities include custom steel, stainless steel, and aluminum fabrication, welding, CNC plasma cutting, forming and bending, structural and architectural metalwork, equipment and machinery components, repairs and modifications, and field installation.

Sarkis and Sara are proud to carry forward 3Up Metal Works’ reputation for high-quality metal fabrication solutions, dependable service, and strong customer relationships. Both University of Wisconsin–Madison graduates and military veterans, Sarkis served as a U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Officer and has built his career leading complex manufacturing operations, while Sara served as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer and brings experience in project management and business development. Together, they are committed to investing in 3Up’s people, processes, and capabilities while preserving the responsive, hands-on service our customers have come to expect.
